Bennett Construction are the design and build contractor on this mixed use development.
The project consists of the demolition of existing single storey warehouse units and the development of a mixed used scheme (Office and Residential) over a common basement.
The commercial office contains 9,500m2 of office space. The residential element contains 58 units in a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed units with a total area of approx. 7,000m2 over basement (c. 4,100m2).
The building has a minimum BER rating of A3 in addition to LEED Gold accreditation.
